What can be reported?
Modern Slavery Concerns If you are, or you suspect someone is being forced to work against their will, experiencing human trafficking, or working in unsafe or exploitative conditions.
Whistleblowing If you have concerns about unethical behaviour, fraud, misconduct, serious workplace issues, or illegal activity.
Have a different concern? If your concern is not related to Modern Slavery or Whistleblowing, but is about our services, please use our formal Complaints Procedure which includes steps for submission and escalation.
How it works
- Submit your concern – Use the link to the secure form below to provide details about the issue. You do not need to give your name unless you choose to, but reporting confidentially rather than anonymously is recommended.
- Review & investigation – Our compliance team will review your report and take appropriate action within 5 working days. If you provided contact details and requested updates, we will be in touch once a case reference number has been assigned. Investigations are typically completed within 30 days, depending on complexity
- Confidentiality assured – We will protect your identity wherever possible if you choose to report confidentially.
Your report helps us maintain a fair and ethical workplace. If you are unsure whether to report something, we encourage you to do so—your information could make a difference
