Rullion Wins Best Marketing Strategy Award at MDRA

We are delighted to have been announced as winner of the ‘Best Marketing Strategy’ award at the Marketing and Digital Recruitment Awards 2018. The awards ceremony took place last night in Hilton London’s Bankside hotel where more than a hundred guests from the world of marketing and recruitment were welcomed.

Representatives of Rullion who were in attendance were thrilled to accept the award after learning they had been shortlisted as one of seven companies in the running.

We received some excellent comments from the judging panel this year. “The judges felt the winner of this category presented an entry that clearly highlighted a well-researched problem with a clear and simple solution. The strategy was comprehensively mapped-out and executed with definitive results.”

The winning marketing strategy focused around our attract service line, provided by our Talent Consultancy division. attract helps organisations articulate their employee value proposition (EVP) and become an employer of choice, reaching previously untapped candidate pools and securing hard-to-find talent.

This win comes 12 months after our win for Best Recruitment Website at the same awards. We would like to extend thanks to all involved in achieving this award.
