We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Melissa Harrison-Crowley as Talent Solutions Director and Gavin Stead as Programme Services Director for Rullion.
Following the appointment of Group Managing Director, Melanie Forbes last year, we’ve made a number of key hires across the business to help us to continue to achieve our vision, to unlock the potential in all of us.
Melissa and Gavin joined us in July, both bringing a wealth of experience in their respective areas.
Melissa joins at Talent Solutions Director, bringing with her over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. Melissa is responsible for delivering cutting-edge talent strategies and building long-lasting partnerships with our clients;

Not from a traditional recruitment background, Gavin joins with nearly two decades worth of Project Management experience across a variety of industries. Gavin is responsible for supporting our clients and driving their project and programme management capability;
