Rullion takes steps to support growth agenda

Rullion has taken steps to support its growth agenda in scalable talent solutions within infrastructure and commerce.

The recruitment company announced today that it is refocusing its operations in the commercial and infrastructure sectors to focus on National Accounts and large-scale outsourced solutions, leading to the closure of its branch in Leeds that supported smaller scale construction contracts. This focus will strengthen the brand’s position as a leading solution provider in these specialist markets.

Rullion will continue to drive growth in construction through National Accounts from Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow and Newcastle, as well as focusing on the Interiors market in London and Brighton where Rullion continues to be a key provider and demand is highest.

The transformation of the privately owned business began in 2016 in response to the changing needs of clients. Over the next three years the company aims to become a leader in large-scale outsourcing and candidate-led, niche recruitment. This change in direction has seen the group launch its Niche Talent division and strengthen its RPO, MSP and technology capability with the recruitment of a 40 strong in-house dev team.

CEO, James Saoulli comments, “We’re changing at pace and redefining our areas of focus.  Our awareness of market changes has allowed us to take this positive step for the benefit of our organisation, allowing us to fund and pursue endeavours that will lead to us realising our vision of becoming the most admired recruitment company in the UK.”
