Zofia Rigg

I am currently operating as a Client Relationship Manager within the Managed Accounts team covering Rullion’s Staffing Solutions IT division.

I have worked for Rullion since 2001 and within this time I have worked with a variety of key clients and candidates.

Within my role, I am responsible for managing a delivery team and relationships with senior client stakeholders within a number of key client accounts such as Alexander Mann (including the Public Sector Resourcing Framework), NHS Non-Medical, Non-Clinical framework, The Riverside Group, Leeds City Council, Shop Direct, E.on and Santander.

My team and I are incredibly passionate about Service Delivery and building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates. During my career, I have been responsible for recruiting IT and Business Change candidates for a range of positions.

I now manage a Recruitment Team of 11 Consultants and I am responsible for fulfillment of requirements and end-to-end resource management as part of a rapid, responsive and customer focused service. As well as building a comprehensive knowledge of our client’s business, the team and I are focused on ensuring clients receive a consistent and efficient customer journey. My role is critical in building effective working relationships with stakeholders and ensuring that all aspects of service delivery are in line with expectations provided for within Service Level Agreements.
