Robert Little

Here at Rullion, I work as a Consultant within the Nuclear New Build Market. 

Within my role, I support a range of organisations on permanent and contract resource requirements.

I have worked in recruitment since 2010 and have gained some extremely valuable and transferable skills. My experience as an internal recruiter, in particular, has given me a strong understanding of the challenges that our clients face. From this extensive experience, I can confidently provide tailored, consultative advice on the best way to deliver on recruitment needs.

Even outside of work, I make it my best interest to connect with relevant people at career-related events and on LinkedIn to develop and expand my network. I like to think of myself as a sociable person and when I'm not professionally networking, I love devoting my time to my precious family and of course, Carlisle United.
