Josh Haydock

Here at Rullion, I work as a Recruitment Consultant, focusing solely on the contract market. Within this role, it is my responsibility to successfully place candidates across Business Intelligence and Data Analytics nationwide.

I immerse myself within the marketplace, providing the best advice to both candidate and clients, helping them to find solutions to any recruitment related issues they may be facing. I'm not here for quick fees, I’m here to build enduring relationships with my clients and candidates. Recruitment is so much more than matching a job specification to a CV; for me, a successful placement is achieved by fitting a personality with culture.

I work with major clients across the UK, placing Programme/Project managers, Developers, DBAs, Analysts, Data Engineers & Data Scientists. Throughout my time in recruitment, I have developed some strong relationships with my candidates and clients through my personable approach. After working in this role for two years now, I can honestly say it's a lot more satisfying than I first imagined. I look forward to coming to work each day and for me, that makes all the hard work worthwhile. 

Outside of work, I enjoy watching football and socialising. I am a die hard Man United fan and season ticket holder so when I can, I love to spend a Saturday afternoon filled with football at Old Trafford.
