Debbie Davenport
About Debbie
I have worked in the recruitment industry for over 25 years and most recently have joined Rullion as Client Director. I started my career in recruitment in 1995 and joined Rullion as they are on an exciting journey to transform the world of work, unlocking the potential of their candidates, clients and people, and this is something that I’m passionate about.
My role is to lead the IT and Business Change teams in Manchester and Altrincham, ensuring successful management of the teams, their clients and partnerships.
Technology is transforming the recruitment industry and the markets that we work in. Over the last 15 years, I’ve seen a drastic change in the types of roles we recruit for, and I love being able to work with our clients to help them find top tech talent to transform their organisation.
"I was impressed by Debbie’s strong vision and understanding of customers' needs, and her ability to translate these requirements into a strategy and into actions. Debbie is extremely well organised; her support and consultancy is a key value and her ability to work with customers makes the difference. Debbie has a senior and professional approach to her duties, people like and respect her and therefore I would recommend Debbie as a very valuable and strategic resource."

"I’ve been incredibly fortunate to have met Debbie. Her approach to addressing business needs, rather than being part of a fulfillment channel, has helped me to recruit great candidates quickly and consistently under budget. If Debbie, or her team, suggests that I see a candidate, I know it will be good use of my time. Without exception Debbie will be my first port of call when it comes to recruitment, understanding the current candidate market, refining a recruitment policy or as a sounding board for new ways to solve problems."
