I'm Head of Technology Specialisms at Rullion, with over a decades worth of experience within staffing.
I’ve had the privilege to work with several great people and some phenomenal businesses. My career has taken me from an 18-year-old novice to becoming the youngest Regional Director of a global PLC. I’ve built high performing teams within general IT, across FinTech and within international markets for Professional Services.
All this has culminated in my current role, leading a group of highly talented micro-specialists in areas such as Data Science, Cyber Security, Digital and Regulatory Tech. My decision to return to Rullion in 2018 was a simple one, we’re an organisation that has transformed in recent years; becoming a mission-led company, one that exists to unlock the potential in all of us. We’re also a business that shares my belief of servant leadership, we invert the norm, putting people at the heart of everything we do with my role existing to serve those around me.
