I joined Rullion in May 2019 as an Associate Consultant within the IT New Business team.

My experience is within the App Marketplace and I am always looking to match the strongest candidates with the best clients up and down the country. I always look to grow my connections within the industry and strive to deal with the toughest of challenges. 

I enjoy working at Rullion as I have a strong work ethic, a value which is reflected in the company culture and gives me the motivation I need to work my hardest. I enjoy working in a professional environment where other like-minded individuals want to thrive and succeed. 

Throughout my recruitment career, I seek to gain a vast amount of experience and a skill set that is unquestionable within the tech industry, specifically in my area of App Development. I aim to provide both client and candidate with an amazing service regardless of the outcome. I feel it would be satisfying to work with candidates now which I can see become my clients in the future, through promotion within their own roles.
