I work as an Account Consultant at Rullion. In this role, I am responsible for monitoring the performance of both temporary workers and the service provided by Rullion through conducting client visits and attending regular meetings with key contacts. I actively maintain consistently high levels of communication and customer service in order to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction.
I am also directly responsible for any queries and concerns presented by both clients and temporary workers, including payroll, holidays, sickness and absence management. I regularly maintain internal databases and produce thorough and accurate reporting, using Excel to generate Management Information and SLA reports at the client’s request.
In addition, I provide a comprehensive recruitment service including CV matching, candidate screening and interviewing, and the relaying of relevant pre-interview advice, as well as ensuring all candidates meet eligibility and referencing criteria. I work closely with clients, offering a continued presence through on-site visits and a seamless personalised service tailored to each client's individual recruitment requirements.
Outside of work, my time is taken up running around looking after my two boys, or football football and more football.
