I am a recruitment specialist with over 12 years of knowledge and experience across contact centres, delivering cost-effective, innovative HR and Resourcing strategies.

I have delivered recruitment campaigns at executive, specialist and high volume levels up to 250 heads per campaign during my time both as an onsite and external recruiter.

I have a background of managing multi-site recruitment teams within fast paced and demanding environments for a multitude of disciplines within the blue and white collar industry, with full responsibility for the end to end recruitment/resourcing process. I also have experience of delivering permanent, contract and temporary recruitment solutions to multiple professions. I specialise in Contact centre recruitment across the UK, sourcing the best talent available through a multitude of recruitment techniques including headhunts and retained recruitment search.

When I'm not working, I enjoy being a mum to 2 under 2, grabbing a cuppa with friends at play groups or enjoying some retail therapy. I haven't been brave enough to book a family holiday just yet but when I do I would love to take the children to Disney Land!
