About Melanie
As Client Services Manager for Siemens, I lead the account team who are based in Altrincham and London. Together we provide first-rate, nationwide service to our client – supplying staffing solutions on both long and short-term contract basis as well as permanent.
We tailor our service specifically to the needs of the individual Siemens operating company and as a result, we have worked alongside them on high profile, high volume projects providing them with the flexible engineering talent required to deliver their projects. I have worked in recruitment since 2003, mainly specialising in major account management and technical engineering recruitment, on both a contingent basis and retained search and selection.
Outside of work, I enjoy socialising with friends and of course, dog walking.
