About Melanie

I work as a Client Services Manager for Siemens, I lead the Altrincham and London based account teams.       

Together we provide a first-rate, nationwide service to our client – supplying staffing solutions on both long and short term contract basis as well as permanent. We tailor our service specifically to the needs of the individual Siemens operating company and as a result, we have worked alongside them on high profile, high volume projects providing them with the flexible engineering talent required to deliver their projects.                                             

I have 16 years of recruitment experience, mainly specialising in major account management and technical engineering recruitment, on both a contingent basis and retained search and selection. 

As you can probably tell from the nature of my job role, I love people, so when I'm not working I enjoy socialising with friends and family as much as possible. I also enjoy some good old dog walking.
