About Mark
I'm currently working as an Account Manager based onsite at UKAEA.
I have over 23 years’ worth of experience within the recruitment industry and within this time, I have gained extensive experience within Agency, Extensive Search and RPO.
From my experience, I have developed a strong track record of delivery within both general management and complex technical projects, working across the Environmental, Sustainability, Engineering FM, CRE, Energy, Technology, and Biotechnology areas.
Within my role, I am responsible for the full lifecycle of contract recruitment from advising managers on the recruitment process and costs, through to sourcing and onboarding candidates. I also act as a Recruitment Business Partner to RACE (Remote Applications for Challenging Environments), UKAEA's specialist robotics and remote handling facility.
Outside of work, my friends and family refer to me as a "petrol head" as I used to race a modified RX7 at Santa Pod. These days I prefer to watch Motorsport rather than getting involved. I love to travel, it has always been a keen interest of mine. My partner and I are currently planning our next US road trip. Excitement is in the air!
