Lucy Smith

I have been at Rullion since 2014 and during this time I have gained experience in a number of varied roles. I have been working as an Account Consultant since 2017 and I take great pride in meeting our clients needs and requirements. I enjoy being part of a small but extremely successful team.

It is in my best interest to deliver the highest quality service for our clients and contractors, ensuring that their entire hiring and onboarding experience is positive. Since entering the recruitment industry, I have developed some strong candidate and client relationships which I am particularly proud of and will continue to build upon in the future. 

Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends and going for walks. For me, these are my favourite ways to wind down after a busy week in the office.
