Julian Elmore

As an Account Manager for Alstom Transport in the Northern region, I am responsible for maintaining and improving the existing relationship with our client.

I started my career at Rullion in 2010 and I have been involved with 4 major Rolling Stock and Infrastructure Projects for Alstom Transport.

My background in Recruitment dates back to 2002 and have previously worked as a Recruiter and a Site Welfare Manager. I work with Rullion’s key stakeholders and contractors on a face to face basis. My biggest achievement has been working on the recruitment and site welfare of 250 Rullion Contractors on the Net Phase 2 project.  

I like to think of myself as a particularly active individual, and enjoy mountain biking, keeping fit and going to the gym.
