As a Client Services Manager for Alstom, I lead both the Altrincham and the London based teams. Together we provide a first rate, nationwide service to our clients.

I have over 10 years’ experience within the recruitment sector, working within the Engineering, Logistics, Production and FMCG industries. This experience has enabled me to specialise in higher volume, multi-disciplined businesses recruitment. These varied and fast paced sectors have strongly influenced my management style. 

Within my current role, I offer and supply a range of high-quality staffing solutions covering both temporary and permanent employment. The services we deliver are specifically tailored for Alstom. As a result, we have worked alongside them on high profile, high volume projects which help to run their day-to-day operations. Due to the nature of my job role, I am often required to take a strategic approach which is solution based and flexible. I have always been a big believer in continual improvement and incremental change.

Rugby is definitely one of my main interests. These days it seems that I spend more time watching than physically playing but I do like to dust off my boots every now and then and get back on the pitch. The countryside is also a nice form of escapism for me and during the weekend I like getting out of the city and going to explore.
