As a Client Relationship Manager, I spend my time supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for the Co-op.

I've worked at Rullion since 2005 and during this time, I've worked with a number of Rullion's key clients including BT, EDS/HP, Identity & Passport Service, Barclays, Transport for London, Environment Agency, Santander, Coop Bank & now Coop Group, assisting with their IT recruitment requirements. 

I love recruitment and my strong competitive edge definitely motivates me within my role. I love how you get out of recruitment exactly what you put in. Prior to recruitment, I worked in Mental Health; I’ve always had a passion for trying to understand behaviour patterns, what makes people tick and how important relationships are.

I love meeting people and working in partnership with people. As a people person, I personally think it's really important to try to develop long-standing relationships with both candidates and clients! I do this every day in recruitment so it’s great, people are priceless! 

For me, someone’s career is one of the main factors for an individual’s wellbeing and I love how much I make a difference to so many individuals' careers by placing them with my fabulous clients. Likewise, my customers have projects/programmes to deliver & I feel great satisfaction in helping them make this happen by sourcing the right candidates, at the right time, in the right place!
