Job Description

Job title: Junior Document Controller
Job type: Contract
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: 18 months
Pay rate: £12-£18 an hour PAYE
Location: Seascale, Cumbria/Hybrid working
Hours of work: 40 hours Mon-Friday

Applicants must posses the following:
- Proficiency with Microsoft packages (Word/Excel)
- Knowledge of data management systems
- Ability to gain SC clearance
- Experience in a document control position
- Understanding of document security and classification

Role information:
- Ensure document processes, policies and procedures are complied with
- Provide support to the supply chain
- Provide system training in regards to data management where required
- Maintain and control project documentation
- Provide document revision and numbering support
