Job Description

Job title: Tender Manager
Job type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per year
Location: UK wide, 100% remote working.
Hours of work: 37 hours Mon-Fri

Applicants must posses the following:
- Ability to use CRM software
- Exemplary bid project management track record
- Commercial understanding/experience
- Degree or HND qualified or equivalent
- 10 years experience in nuclear or other highly regulated industry (defence, oil and gas etc)

Role information:
- Supporting bid management processes to ensure the quality of submitted bids
- Develop bid schedules
- Designing appropriate bid collaboration models
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to brief contributors through the pursuit of bids
- Oversee the bid writing process
- Facilitate tender submissions
- Ensure maintenance of CRM systems
- Facilitate bid reviews
- Identify and resolve problems in the bid process
