Job title: Programme Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - Subject to Clearance
Duration: Permanent
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £75,000-£100,000 + Benefits Package (Car, Bonus, Private Healthcare etc)
Location: Can be based UK Wide - (Expectation Travel required to Warrington twice per week and Reading twice per month. Please note this could change depending on programme requirements)
Hours of work: 37 Hours per Week

Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Managing a team of Senior Project Managers
- Experience of working Full Project Lifecycle (Concept to Handover)
- Good Communication/Leadership Skills/ Diplomat/ Strategic
- The Ability to Work with Multiple Stakeholders Simultaneously
- Experience in a Highly Regulated Industry (Nuclear, Defence, Oil & Gas, Rail, Utilities)
- NEC3/4 Experience Desirable
- Experience overseeing a Programme of work ranging from £200-£500+ Million

Role information:
- Be Primarily Responsible for the Health, Safety and Quality of the Project
- Ensure the Costs and Projects Schedule Meet Targets
- Implement Management Techniques to Monitor Project Risks and Minimise Potential Issues Throughout the Project Lifecycle
- Form and Manage Good Business Relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders
- Manage Third Party Suppliers and Maintain Business Relationships with them
- Oversee the Project Processes to Monitor Progress and Performance
