What They Do

As a Recruitment Consultant you’ll be responsible for growing all new and existing clients through gaining an understanding of their specific recruitment needs and objectives. You’ll be the key contact between clients and candidates, building strong relationships whilst creating new business opportunities and sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing applicants to successfully fill orders.
