We’re now recruiting for Recruitment Consultants and Senior Consultant to join our Energy team, where you'll get to work with some of the most reputable and well-established names in the sector. Energy is a diverse and innovative industry, playing a critical role in shaping a more sustainable future. This makes it a really exciting and dynamic field to work in with great opportunities.

Summary of the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant you’ll provide recruitment solutions for your clients, taking full ownership for the development of your customer base. You'll form great relationships with clients and candidates alike, and really expand your client base through targeted sales and developing key accounts. 

What you'll do;

  • Source, attract and engage with candidates who are a perfect fit for your clients’ job opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Create great, lasting connections with key decision makers.
  • Keep up with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Expand your client base through targeted sales and develop key accounts.
  • Lookout for new sourcing channels, job boards and innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, from managing end to end recruitment processes, negotiations, pitches, and job offers.
  • Ensure compliance is managed in line with expectations – we know your instinct is to sell but it’s important to keep us safe and legally compliant too!
  • Continually look at ways to evolve our service delivery.

 

Your background;

We'd love for you to have some previous experience within agency recruitment or sales. You'll also have an outgoing personality with the confidence to network and build your contacts!
