Summary of the Role
Join Rullion and embark on an exciting journey as a Senior Consultant within our dynamic Practice Team. We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to provide advanced recruitment solutions in a designated sector or discipline, contributing to the development of both client and candidate bases.
As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of delivering effective, consultative services at a senior level. Join us and be a key player in shaping the future of our Nuclear Practice Team.
Whilst the Nuclear team are predominantly based in our West Cumbria office, we're always happy to consider suitable applications from candidates based further afield on a remote/hybrid basis.

- 💼 Manage and expedite the full sales cycle, pitching and negotiating our products.

Qualifications, skills & experience
- 💼 Previous experience in agency recruitment or sales, with a focus on senior-level executive search and high-value placements.
- 🗣 Outgoing personality with confidence to network at a senior level.
- 🛠️ Advanced knowledge of CRM & ATS tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- 🎯 Focus on leveraging technology in executive search and talent acquisition strategies
