Summary of the Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Principal Consultant to join our Nuclear Practice Team. If you're a seasoned recruitment professional with a passion for innovation and building lasting connections, this is your opportunity to shine!

What you'll do;

  • Drive key outcomes such as NFI billed, new sales, new client acquisition, and compliance metrics.
  • Proactively source, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct insightful interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Identify high-potential talent for impactful placements.
  • Understand client requirements and candidate aspirations for successful matches.
  • Develop, articulate, and present innovative staffing solutions addressing customer needs.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations leveraging your expertise.
  • Influence key stakeholders to build strong relationships and secure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients, candidates, and internal teams to drive positive change.
  • Actively network and attend industry events to expand professional connections and promote Rullion's brand.

What you bring to the role;

  • Considerable experience in agency recruitment or sales.
