1.

A fantastic culture

We have offices up and down the country which are all connected by our unique culture. While accents may vary from up in Glasgow to down in Brighton, one thing each office has in common is our friendly and supportive atmosphere. Our employees are down-to-earth, bright and honest with a sense of humour to boot!

2.

Clear-cut progression and development

We’re committed to developing our people. We’ve recently rolled out clear, structured career paths across the business, so our employees know exactly what they need to do to climb the career ladder. However, if you think you’d be better suited in another role, we’ll go above and beyond to support you. We’ve had employees move from Recruitment Consultant to Business Analyst, from administration into HR – you can shape your own future at Rullion.

We're flexible

We understand it can be difficult to strike the perfect work-life balance, so we’re proud to be one of the few recruitment companies in the UK who offer flexible working to all employees. Our remote working policy means we already have all the tools and technology in place so you can work wherever you need to, whenever you need to.

We dress for success

We don’t do strict dress codes at Rullion, we want you to wear what you feel most comfortable in, so you get the most out of your working day. We’ve recently introduced a Dress for Success policy which you can dress up or dress down, depending on the nature of your role.

We're continuously improving

Back in 2018, we implemented a quarterly employee engagement survey so we could find out what we’re doing well and where we can improve as an employer. Since we first implemented the survey, engagement has increased quarter-on-quarter thanks to initiatives such as lunchtime yoga, remote working and Dress for Success. We’ve also created a Culture Club, where employee engagement advocates across the business meet every quarter to implement real change across the business.

We reward and recognise

Our average length of service is six years and we really do appreciate that our people are priceless. That’s why we want to honour those that stay, who are helping us become a leader across the recruitment landscape. From paid sabbaticals and gift cards to long service lunches, we recognise your achievements and give you a choice in how you celebrate special landmarks. We also have a quarterly reward and recognition awards such as Employee of the Quarter (you win a £1000 gift card of your choice!) and Team of the Quarter (each member of the team gets up to a £250 voucher of their choice!) alongside a quarterly business-wide Lunch Club.  Find out more about how we reward and recognise our staff here.
