Summary of the Role

As an embedded Rullion partner to EDF you'll be part of the fabric holding their project stogether.

You’ll provide high quality recruitment administration support across this key Rullion account, ensuring accuracy across multiple internal systems and supporting the recruitment team, whilst at the same time providing a best-in-class candidate experience. You’ll also assist in the recruitment and selection process of applicants, where appropriate too.

Due to the nature of the role, this position is hybrid. You'll be required to work on site at Hinkley Point C, Somerset, up to 3 days per week on average. The rest of the time will be spent working remotely.

What You'll Do;

  • Create and collate weekly timesheets for processing to make sure candidates are paid on time and correctly.
  • Review received timesheets to ensure they match system data and communicate with payroll teams/account managers/resource teams where data does not match.
  • Handle payroll errors including amendments, advance payments or missed data from clients.
  • Liaise with candidates to resolve payroll issues as they occur and ensure candidates are updated.
  • Review documentation, highlighting potential risks such as medical checks.
  • Produce contracts via the creation of the assignment by Resource team, chase contracts and then ensure they’re correct and stored safely.
  • Speak with new candidates to obtain details thereby ensuring they meet the requirements to ensure prompt weekly payments.
  • Complete contract and compliance audits on a regular basis.
  • Conduct AWR checks in line with current legislation.
  • Various adhoc tasks, such as ensuring purchase orders are completed, event organisation, creating newsletters and arranging stakeholder meetings.

What You Bring To The Role;

  • Previous administration, customer service or compliance experience, ideally within agency or in-house recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and recruitment systems.

  • A clear communicator and able to engage with candidates from different walks of life.
  • Listening and displaying empathy to build relationships.
  • Spotting a problem before it arises but also able to fix problems if they do crop up and adapt accordingly.
  • Someone who has a great eye for detail and can spot discrepancies in data and the smallest of errors.
  • Managing your time effectively by being methodical in your approach and prioritising and multitasking.
  • Highly organised and making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Diligent and professional and able to handle sensitive information.
  • Someone with a customer-centric mindset so you can deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Great at working as part of a high-performing team.
