Summary of the Role

This exciting role, managing a team of 3 recruitment coordinators, will be remote with some travel to EDF sites nationwide, for example EDF Sizewell C in Suffolk and EDF Hinkley Point C, Somerset.

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day resourcing activity of the team. You will also carry out 1-2-1s with the team and support their career development. Overall, the team is responsible for providing an efficient recruitment service to our key account clients within our Managed Solutions division and you’ll be key to achieving this.

What You'll Do;

  • Lead on the day-to-day operations of the team, guiding them to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Manager to enhance the existing service to client accounts, through bespoke and innovative resourcing exercises.
  • Ensure we meet and exceed the KPIs, SLAs and compliance standards of the accounts.
  • Coach and develop the team to ensure consistent delivery of best practice.
  • Strive to deliver services that delight the customer every time and be dedicated to client satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of learning within your team, continuously expanding their recruitment and onboarding expertise.
  • Support the operational relationship within our existing account teams, strengthening our client relationships.

What you bring to the role;

  • A background in recruitment, with an understanding of the recruitment process and relevant compliance and legislation.
  • Strong customer relationship management experience.
  • A great aptitude for IT, including strong MS Office skills (particularly Word and Excel).
  • Good with both numbers and words and can convey ideas articulately.
