The beginning of April 2017 signifies the start of gender pay gap reporting across England, in a bid to encourage gender equality in the workplace.

Businesses will need to collate their data from 5th April but this does not need to be reported in until 4th April 2018. Our white paper discusses the pay gap and what the changes in legislation mean.
