Job Description

Job title: Senior Safety Case Consultant
Job Type: Permanent or Contract opportunity
Salary: Negotiable (DOE)
Location: Warrington, Abingdon or Cumbria
Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a safety case engineer
- A degree or equivalent in related field
- Understanding of safety case processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with decommissioning, optioneering, radioactive materials transport, licensing and radioactive waste
- Stakeholder management experience
- Strong time management skills

Role information:
- Work as the technical lead for safety in multidiscipline projects
- Participate in the design process
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders regarding technical matters
- Provide technical checking and verification for technical, compliance and quality assurance standards
- Liaise with all parties concerning technical progression
- Mentor other team members
- Develop further business opportunities with clients
