What We Did
The Rullion Leadership Practice worked all roles on a retained search basis. We sourced, interviewed, and tested both technically and psychometrically each and every candidate before submitting a short list of four CVs per role. Rullion then facilitated two interviews per role and made one offer per role – each of which were accepted by the successful candidates.
The Rullion Leadership Practice then consulted all candidates through the resignation and counter- offer process until they commenced their assignments with our national client.
