Join Us as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager!

Location: Midlands
Salary: Up to £65,000

Are you ready to make a pivotal impact in transforming local communities for the better? Our independent utilities infrastructure business is seeking a motivated and focused Project Manager to join our expanding team.

The Role:
As part of our team overseeing a large contract, you'll play a vital role in ensuring successful project delivery. This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Midlands, with flexible working options available.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enhance delivery and financial performance, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with our internal design team to align with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders involved in various projects for seamless delivery.
  • Establish and maintain project programs across different phases, ensuring a smooth handover to the construction team.
  • Oversee safety and compliance auditing with full accountability.

Skills & Experience:

  • HNC Qualification or above in an engineering discipline.
  • Preferably chartered.
  • Proficient driving skills with a valid license.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial awareness and budget adherence.
  • Familiarity with operational activities and trade skills.
  • Experience in a similar role within a construction environment.
