Job Description

Job title: Principal Nuclear Integration Engineer
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: Subject to Clearance
Salary Range: Up to £65,000
Benefits Package: 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme - 6-8% Matched,
Flexible start & Finish times.
Location: Barrow-In-Furness
Hybrid Working Available - 2 Days Per Week
Hours of work: 37 Hours - Overtime (Double time for anything able two hours)

Role & Responsibilities:
* Review and assess design documentation and design changes
* Assess plant build maturity for entry into subsequent build phases
* Ensure the design intent is maintained during the build and commissioning phases
* Present reports regarding problems and resolutions
* Solve problems through innovative engineering solutions
* Provide documentation for the project safety case

Qualifications/Experience Required:
* Degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline such as mechanical, electrical, nuclear, chemistry or physics
* Knowledge of the nuclear industry and nuclear regulations
* Exposure to the engineering project lifecycle
* Technical report writing and presentation skills
* Experience justifying design changes
