Salary: Up to £65k dependent on experience

As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our client's success by providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out, restoration, and refurbishment projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough analysis of project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
- Preparing comprehensive and competitive cost estimates, considering all aspects of the project, including materials, labour, and other relevant factors.
- Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier bids.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to ensure competitiveness.
- Presenting estimates to clients and addressing any queries or concerns.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the fit-out sector.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, restoration, and refurbishment processes.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
