Job Description

We currently require the services of a Business Analyst to join a well respected client based in Liverpool

Business Analyst
12 Month FTC (PAYE)
Liverpool (Hybrid Working)

Role requires you to:

  • Work as part of a cross-functional team with end-to-end responsibility for designing and helping to build new products, services and capabilities through analysis
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops with team members, business stakeholders and customers to define the current state and future business requirements enabling the design, selection and build of business solutions that drive business and customer value
  • Capture business needs through a range of analytical techniques and translate them into user stories, epics, process diagrams and requirement documentation
  • Closely collaborate with the Design, Delivery and Architecture Communities to understand business goals, strategic drivers and product roadmaps to develop solutions that enhance the organisations operating model and delivers against expected outcomes and benefits of the business
  • Complete commercial assessments of third-party tools and applications
  • Provide end to end management of small / medium size change projects that require light touch project management to support the delivery of change through your Agile Squad
  • Support continuous improvement through routine and bespoke analysis, including feedback from
    stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement

Essential

  • Experience of capturing business requirements within a complex, multi-site organisation
  • Strong knowledge of industry standard tools and design thinking
  • Experience of business analysis in either SCRUM, Kanban, Lean or other Agile methodologies
  • Experience of creating lean processes and continuous improvement
  • A deep understanding of Agile principles
  • Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Champion business analysis techniques and agile design methodologies to build understanding and capability across teams
  • An ability and willingness to learn new skills through a life-long learning approach
  • Experience with Data Mapping and Data Migration
  • Experience and ability to communicate with Senior Stakeholders
  • Ideally a financial background or financial related qualification
