Job Description

Role: Engineering Administrator

Location: Worcester

Duration: 6 months initial

Rate: £18-£23 P/hr PAYE

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Follow defined techniques, SOPs, work instructions and processes to ensure quality standards are achieved.
  • Work with technical and engineering personnel supporting new product development and processes.
  • Uphold the adherence to health and safety requirements.
  • Support resolutions of daily production issues that arise and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities:

  • Utilize MRP and document control systems to create and maintain works order routings and data cards for manufactured products ensuring issue/version control.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines within Materials Solutions such as Sales, Operations, Quality and Procurement.
  • Support processing of product deviations.
  • Maintain engineering documentation storage.
  • Support management and processing of engineering lessons learned and change control processes.
  • Support to maintain team KPIs and associated reports.
  • Ensure the quality requirements are met during AM manufacturing to internal and customer requirements.
  • Support Additive Manufacturing Engineers to ensure parts are manufactured within specifications and delivered on-time.

  • Demonstrable experience of task management, with the ability to multi-task & prioritize workload.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar MRP system.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Proficient with MS packages and ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
