Job title: Technical Author
Job type: Contract
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: 6 months
Pay rate: £25-£60 per hour Umbrella or £19.13-£45.27 or hour PAYE
Location: Warrington - Hybrid available - 3 days on site
Hours of work: 38 hours, Monday-Friday

Applicants must posses the following:
- Able to gain SC clearance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Nuclear or highly regulated industry experience
- Stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Engineering Design
- Adept in reading, understanding and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, method statements and risk assessments

Role information:
- Identify hazards associated with engineering, construction and operational activities
- Comprise aspects of nuclear and conventional safety, environmental, waste management, construction, security, resilience, training, operations, maintenance, testing and commissioning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Read, understand and interpret technical drawings, specifications, method statements and risk assessments
