Job Description
Job title: Document Controller
Job type: Contract
IR35 status: Inside
Start date: ASAP, subject to clearance
Duration: 12 months
Pay rate: £25 per hour umbrella / £19.30 PAYE
Location: Reading
Hours of work: 45 hours per week Mon-Fri
Applicants must posses the following:
* Prior experience as a document controller
* Awareness of various contracting methodologies
* Knowledge of document management systems
* Full project lifecycle experience from bid phase through to close out
* NVQ level 4 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
Candidates would ideally have:
* SC clearance
* Nuclear industry experience
Role information:
* Registering files in the document management systems, including any relevant sub-contractors documentation
* Reviewing document formats and coding
* Adhering to checking & approval processes for signatures
* Quality checking documents for review, information and acceptance.
* Provision of daily, weekly and monthly status reports
* Archiving, closeout and handover at project end date
