Job title: Quantity Surveyor
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: Permanent
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £59,000 per year
Location: Runcorn - Hybrid Available
Hours of work: Mon-Thursday 8:30-5pm, Friday 8:30-4:30pm
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Minimum HNC/HND or degree in quantity surveying
- Experience in a similar role within construction, design and management projects
- Experience with NEC contracts
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
- H&S regulations awareness
- Experience running multiple smaller projects or a project up to £10million in value
- Full UK drivers license

Role information:

- Ensure projects are meeting commercial and financial requirements
- Identify possible future issues and mitigate them
- Report back to the operations and project managers on cash flows and weekly updates
- Lead the commercial management of multiple sites
- Price and submit contract variations
- Provide advice and guidance on contract terms and conditions
- Assist with obtaining pricing and engineering estimates
