Job Description
Job title: Training Technician / Analyst

IR35 Status: Inside
Start date: Immediate
Duration: Up to Dec 2024 (Extension possible beyond this)
Pay rate: Up to £17.96 per hour, PAYE/Umbrella
Location: Gloucester Business Park
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 5 days
Our client, a leader in Nuclear Generation requires a Programme Analyst at their site based in Gloucester. You will be responsible for interpreting multiple accounts of essential data to the client, presenting at a high level to key stakeholders to determine future plans and insights. Alongside this, you will oversee a variety of training activities in house, to ensure all legislation and compliance is kept to a high standard.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate of the following skills/experience:
* Experience of working within an analytical team in a commercial setting
* Experience of reporting and forecasting across a multidisciplinary function
* Previous experience with PowerBI is desirable.
* Ability to interpret data and present this to key stakeholders.
* Advanced Excel data manipulation and analysis skills
* Strong computer literacy, particularly MS Office packages
* Strong numerical competency
* Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
* Ability to develop strong internal relationships and interact at all levels
* Strong organisational skills
Role information:
* Preparing the data packs for training committees (formal governance meeting), including chasing action completion statements, agenda population and papers
* Arranging and participating in the training committee meetings.
* Taking meeting minutes
* Producing training committee Programme Health Reports to provide insights into how effectively the Training programme is being implemented
* Reporting Training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management team to maintain oversight of training programme performance.
* Analysis of trends to identify risks and opportunities to the senior management team.
* providing tactical analysis of training data to inform decision making.
* Support organisational learning through the use of the corrective action toolkit
* Producing ad hoc training reports from the learning management system
* Carrying out ad hoc tasks as directed
