Job title: Deputy Commissioning Manager
Job Type: Contract
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: 12 months
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits:
£74-£79/hour Umbrella
£59.90 PAYE
Location: Reading
Hours of work: 66 hours per week 11 Days On 3 Off
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Mechanical background
- Experience leading a team through the physical commissioning phase and handover
- HNC or above
- IOSH certificate
- CSCS card
- Ability to get SC clearance
- Electrical and instrumentation commissioning experience
- Nuclear experience or experience in another highly regulated industry
- Familiarity with commissioning procedures for TCA's, Fob's and handovers

Role information:

- Supervision of commissioning technicians
- Ensure codes and standards are adhered to
- Liaise with teams from other disciplines
- Monitor day to day commissioning progress
- Produce and review test documentation and commissioning reports
- Carry out risk assessments and ensure health and safety requirements and standards are met
- Compilation and review of LTQR packages
