Are you passionate about Customer service? Are you someone with a background in customer service and a heart for helping others? If so Coop invite you to join their dedicated team as a Full-Time Customer Service Advisor. This temporary contract opportunity offers a chance to provide crucial support during critical moments.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
  • Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
  • Job Type: Temporary Contract
  • Location: Manchester City Centre (Office-Based)
  • Pay Rate: £10.90 per hour (PAYE) increasing to £11.44 from 1st April 2024
  • Start Date: 18th March 2024
  • Background Checks: DBS and Basic Credit Check Required
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, with 1 weekend in 8 (days back in the week in lieu). Weekend days will involve administrative duties.

Your Role: As a Full-Time Customer Service Advisor on our Coop Funeral Plans Limited line, you will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Coop customers with existing Funeral plans.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with funeral plan inquiries and providing support.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure the best possible service for our clients.

Your Qualifications: To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:

  • FCA Regulated Background: Experience in an FCA regulated environment is essential.
  • Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is advantageous.
