If so Coop invite you to join their dedicated team as a Full-Time Customer Service Advisor. This temporary contract opportunity offers a chance to provide crucial support during critical moments.
- Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
- Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
- Job Type: Temporary Contract
- Location: Manchester City Centre (Office-Based)
- Pay Rate: £10.90 per hour (PAYE) increasing to £11.44 from 1st April 2024
- Start Date: 18th March 2024
- Background Checks: DBS and Basic Credit Check Required
- Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, with 1 weekend in 8 (days back in the week in lieu). Weekend days will involve administrative duties.

Your Role: As a Full-Time Customer Service Advisor on our Coop Funeral Plans Limited line, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Coop customers with existing Funeral plans.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with funeral plan inquiries and providing support.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure the best possible service for our clients.
Your Qualifications: To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:
- FCA Regulated Background: Experience in an FCA regulated environment is essential.
- Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is advantageous.
