Day Engineer - Fire

Job Description

Rullion are looking to recruit for the following Role for one of our Global Leading clients:

Job Role : Day Engineer (Fire and CCTV)

Location : Knightsbridge SW1X 7XL, London UK

ASAP Start

Duration : 7 months initially (Rolling until May 2025)

Rate of Pay : Inside IR35 - £312.95 per day

Client : Siemens

7 on and 7 off Rota Desirable

Working hours 7am-3pm

Duties:

• Complete electronic worksheets daily, timesheets weekly
• Comply with policies relating to Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Technical Compliance issues that affect the customer and employees.
• Ensure all faults are attended as soon as possible, look to diagnose the issue within a 4 hour SLA. Where necessary support can be provided from the projects or service teams
• To carry out any minor remedial/fault rectification works necessary
• To support any servicing activities that can not be achieved by the night teams normally due to access restrictions.
• To assist the projects department issuing permits and some 2^nd Fix works
• Support sales activities in providing technical assistance and surveys.
• Assist is collecting deliveries and stock control.
• Update all documentation in line with faults and servicing activities, report any inconsistencies with the site drawings.
• Ensure good timekeeping and housekeeping at all times, making sure you are setting the right example.
• Develop and maintain effective Client relationships and assist in gaining future work by relaying leads and

Requirements

Essential:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a fire alarm engineer
• Experience of faults and modifications
• Ability to program using a laptop
• Knowledge of BS5839
• ECS Card

Desired:

• CCTV knowledge
• Knowledge of Siemens Fire Systems
