Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £35,000-£45,000
Location: Aldermaston
Hours of work: 37hrs Mon-Fri (Every other Friday off)
Applicants must have experience of the following:
o Working knowledge of relevant standards/codes/directives
o Current SC/DV security clearance held
o Experience of working in a regulated design environment desirable
o Communicate effectively in a regulated design environment desirable
o Trimble Cable Calc proficient
o Microsoft Office proficient (Word & Excel)
o HNC/HND Engineering qualification
o Engaging team member
o Working in live environment
o Must be prepared to attend and work from site, as required, due to site delivery of projects.
o Previous experience of critical life safety alarm systems desirable
o CEMAR and/or NEC3/NEC4 contract experience would be beneficial

Role information:
Electrical Engineer to support the coordination of design based activities and delivery of design reviews for the project and requirements to deliver scope of change to electrical distribution
This role with support the current Senior EC&I Engineer, accountable to the EC&I Engineering Manager and DSC Project Manager. Delivery as defined by the project programme and coordination of works on client site
o Production, review and checking of Electrical project documentation (through in-house design and coordination with external supppliers where necessary)
o Input int SSoW & ITP Production in coordination with the Construction Manager
o Scheme and Calculation production in Trimble to support design
o Coordinate site activities
o Implementation of Change Control and TQ Processes
o Inspection and LTQR evidence collection
o Attendance at Project KO meetings & weekly project progress meetings. Providing ongoing progress updates
o Support and liaison with client and subcontractors
