Job Description

Job title: Administrator

Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £22,000 - £25,000 subject to experience
Location: Cockermouth
Applicants must have experience of the following:

- Previous administration experience would be advantageous however training will be provided
- Fully conversation in the use of all Microsoft Office Packages including Excel and Word
- Must be highly organised and have a strong attention to detail

Ideally applicants should also have: Please list nice to have/ non-essential skills here

Role information:

The successful application will be required to support the Office Manager on the administration of the following tasks.
- HR
- Recruitment
- Visa sponsorship applications
- Marketing, Events, and conferences - Assisting with arrange equipment and ensuring all equipment is available and present for events and conferences.
- Import/Export / carnets / transport - liaising with carriers
- Purchasing of some equipment this would specifically be robotics
- Arranging delivery of equipment to customers
- Some travel support for directors as and when required
- Ad Hoc support to the finance/ admin team during peak periods and holidays
