Role: Reliability Engineer - Gas Turbines

Location: Warwick

Duration: 10-11 Months


Rate: Negotiable

What are my main responsibilities?

  • Carry out Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) analysis using FMEA and transferring the output into a digital tool.
  • Carry out life cycle component analysis.
  • Work on digital tools using Reliasoft, Excel, MS office.
  • Manage, maintain and analyse the fleet reliability databases for AGT products in order to identify common or recurring issues.
  • Create, maintain and analysis key performance indicator metrics to identify and understand technical issues and trends
  • Work closely with our Data Centre to manage data input and quality and to ensure that AGT services requirements are fulfilled by the latest developments in IT architecture
  • Provide support to the project and product specific improvement programmes, including working with the regional based Technical Support teams and Field Services.
  • Support the engineering teams with assessing and setting the maintenance and overhaul life expectations and scopes based on remaining life and risk
  • Present Fleet reliability work and programmes to stakeholders
  • Provide support to cost reduction activities.

Required qualifications, experience and skillset

  • A Bachelor's degree in an engineering or associated discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of data visualisation tools and techniques (for example MS Excel, Reliasoft, etc)
  • Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) knowledge and understanding.
  • Familiarity with and experience in failure mode analysis with ability to problem solve and effectively communicate findings at different business levels
  • Knowledge of reliability engineering and statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of gas turbines and their operational capabilities
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English
