Role: Vetting Administrator
Location: Thornbury, Bristol
Mon to Thu - 7:25 - 17:00
£14.64 - £15.03 per hour
Contract Length: 9 months
Provide high level administrative support within the assigned function including, but not limited to, pre-employment screening such as checking and submitting paperwork associated with security vetting applications, processing of new and renewal of site pass applications, ensuring necessary enablers for entry to site are in place
Deal with and resolve customer/client queries - focusing on the aftercare process
Draft correspondence to support day to day progression of tasks/deliverables
Ensure that functional databases and access control systems are accurately updated in a timely manner
Provide KPI information on security aspects
Develop and maintain direct working relationships with industry partners in own area of delivery
Undertake other administrative tasks assigned as and when required, including but not limited to, processing of expenses, arranging meetings, organising travel, accommodation, refreshments, etc.
Assist in the development of administrative systems and processes within the function.
Must Have Qualifications and Experience:
Good IT skills - including Excel - with good spreadsheet and database knowledge
Experience in a security vetting / pre-employment screening role
Good communication skills, self-motivated, and driven
Proactive individual - with excellent attention to detail
Able to work under time pressures and to tight deadlines
