Role: Site Quality Manager
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Negotiable - OUTSIDE IR35
Rullion are searching for a suitably qualified and experienced quality manager with the following areas of expertise: - Subcontractor management - Implementation of quality processes - Subcontractor performance assessment - Delivery and equipment inspections - Work inspections - Acceptance and sign-off of works - Schedule of condition inspections - Review and sign-off of quality documentation
We anticipate that the successful applicant for this position will be responsible for the following tasks and activities:
*ensure that an effective Quality Management System is established, implemented and maintained.
*have awareness of safety objectives for projects.
*liaise with the client's quality representative to ensure full agreement and understanding of project quality requirements.
*provide an independent channel of communication on all quality matters, initiating necessary action to resolve deficiencies and ensuring satisfactory solutions have been achieved.
*ensure audits are undertaken in accordance with the Audit Schedule and that any adverse findings, including those raised by others, are closed out in a timely manner.
*review and evaluate Inspection and Test plans including those of sub-contractors prior to the commencement of work activities, the ongoing monitoring of construction records and review and acceptance of the completed quality record packages.
*provide guidance and assistance on Quality matters.
*provide site training/mentoring on the requirements of the Quality Management System.
