£9.50 per hour

Our Ilkeston based client are looking to grow one of their most important teams by hiring committed, energetic and engaging Customer Service Administrators on a temporary basis for initially 12 weeks. Working in a fast paced office environment you will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your adaptability, multi-tasking and organisational skills as well as your capacity to provide first class customer service in every interaction.

You will be working part time (25 hours per week) engaging with suppliers by both phone and email to gather important documents which will then need to be correctly filed and stored on the internal database. You will also be updating, scanning and tagging documentation, visually checking test certificates for compliant information and booking event slots for MOT, inspections etc.

What you'll need:

You'll need some proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, excellent administration skills, and it's important you have strong listening and communication skills. You should also be competent in the use of IT systems and be able to accurately record work on the internal systems whilst demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. Previous experience of working in the Transport/Vehicle Rental industry would be advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and has the potential to become more long term.
