Job Description

United Utilities have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to work at their offices in Lingley Mere Business Park, Great Sankey, Warrington. The role is based at their fantastic head office, where successful candidates will have access to a variety of onsite facilities including free parking, on-site gym, restaurant and coffee shop. There is also a free shuttle bus running from the town centre of Warrington. We're looking for a diverse range of people from all different backgrounds to fill these vacancies, because it's important that the Customer Service Team reflects their diverse customer base.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for processing all regulatory and discretionary compensation payments for the wider business. This role will involve being able to provide an outstanding level of customer service to ensure service issues for all their internal and external customers are owned from start to finish as a case. You will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer experience through a proactive, responsive service.

What you'll need:
You'll need some proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, excellent administration skills, and it's important you have strong listening and communication skills. You should also be competent in the use of IT systems and be able to accurately record work on the internal systems whilst demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.

Candidates will be required to provide evidence of Maths and English GCSE (Grade C/ 4 and above) at offer stage. This is an excellent long term opportunity to gain valuable experience.

Working hours:
You will work 37 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm

This is a contract role for 12 months to start in November 2021
